To reserve this home, payment of half the rental amount is due upon booking by check or money order made payable to Vineyard Sound Real Estate and mailed to Vineyard Sound Real Estate, P.O. Box 3000, PMB # 3023, West Tisbury, MA 02575. The rental balance and the Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
